The course is divided into 5 modules

Module 1 Creating a vision and strategy

In this module, we dive into the single most important part of your career development--the BEING and DOING of leadership.

Module 2 Communication

Your ability to effectively communicate will be the difference maker in your career. Without this skill, you will be stuck wherever you are right now! How you communicate with others, organize your days and plan your months... These are just a few of the areas in which you are being asked to grow. I have pulled together some of the most powerful strategies to shore you up personally and enable you to develop the skills and habits of truly remarkable leaders.

Module 3 Service as a Mindset

Your role as a leader requires that you learn to develop a mindset of service. Whether one-on-one or in small groups, you will discover a completely innovative approach to partnering with those you lead and your team members to help them get what they want from their own careers and business.

Module 4  Acquiring and Developing Top Talent

This module will reveal the elements of "Acquiring and Developing Top Talent" We'll explore how to decide what to look for in hiring, how to assure the cultural match, and how to align them with your existing team. We will provide you with hiring techniques that few know and how to apply them. You will learn about some of the tools that will be difference makers and you will gain insights into how to work with different learning styles. You'll learn about the myriad of training tools available to you and how to decide which ones are appropriate for what you want to accomplish. Finally, you'll gain insights on how to work with different learning styles-from generation Y and X to the baby boomers team

Module 5 Creating and managing a Change Culture

Imagine feeling confident that the steps you are now taking on a dalybases are the steps that will bring you the greatest return. But there is one more step in the journey we started in the first module. That step has become possible only through the development of the skills and techniques you've acquired over the first 10 weeks of this course. And it is a step that creates fear and panic in weak leaders and joy and excitement in a strong leadership.And it is a CULTURE of CHANGE. Without a culture of change in today's consistently "disruptive" strategy for which there is no way out. Strong leaders find it empowering to know they have created a culture that is always on the cutting edge of the future and is able to be innovative instead of reactive. Many of those on the precipice of failure we read about daily and weekly there because they haven't mastered what you will learn in this final module.
