How you communicate with others, organize your days and plan your months... These are just a few of the areas in which you are being asked to grow. I have pulled together some of the most powerful strategies to shore you up personally and enable you to develop the skills and habits of truly remarkable leaders

Module 3 Creating and managing a Change Culture

Imagine feeling confident that the steps you are now taking on a dalybases are the steps that will bring you the greatest return. But there is one more step in the journey we started in the first module. That step has become possible only through the development of the skills and techniques you've acquired over the first 10 weeks of this course. And it is a step that creates fear and panic in weak leaders and joy and excitement in a strong leadership.And it is a CULTURE of CHANGE. Without a culture of change in today's consistently "disruptive" strategy for which there is no way out. Strong leaders find it empowering to know they have created a culture that is always on the cutting edge of the future and is able to be innovative instead of reactive. Many of those on the precipice of failure we read about daily and weekly there because they haven't mastered what you will learn in this final module.
